Mercari app

Mercari is an iPhone app that you can use to buy and sell items, such as clothes, shoes, sneakers, makeup, electronics, dish ware, accessories, etc.

How It Works

It’s very easy to list items for sell on this app.

Tap the “Sell” option at the bottom of the app.
Take up to 8 pictures. Tap “Required” to add your first picture. Then tap “Add up to 8 photos” to add additional photos.
Type a title of up to 40 characters in the section that says “What are you selling?”
Then, type a detailed description of the item(s) that you’re selling where is says “Describe your item (5+ words)”. You can type up to 1000 characters.
Then, add 3 tags. Tags are like keywords to help others find your items.
Choose a category that your item should be under.
Select a brand.
Choose the condition of the item. Also, list the condition in the description section.
Choose whether you’re offering free shipping or not.
Set a price.
Tap “List”

Prizes/ Purchases

I’ve made a few purchases on Mercari, 4 in total and I’ve resold 1 item. I purchased a pair of Nike Blazers, an Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Palette, A 2 piece skirt set and a pair of gold heels. The Nike Blazers that I purchased costs $33 plus $4.25 for shipping, totaling $37.25. I resold these Nike Blazers for $65 minus the selling fee of $6.50, I earned $58.50. This is a profit of $21.25!
