What are Ticketz!

What isa Z?Z is the official virtual currency of Skillz. It allows players to enter non-cash tournaments and is awarded to gamers for competing in tournaments of all types. The more Z you win, the more bragging rights you gain against your peers! Z can be purchased, earned by winning tournaments, referring friends, or as a daily login bonus. Gamers cannot withdraw, sell, or exchange Z for anything of cash value. Z cannot be used to enter any tournaments which have real money prizes.

How do trophies work?

Trophies give players additional prizes for passing in-game milestones, such as changing your username or winning your first cash game. When you redeem trophies, you get additional cash and Z prizes!To redeem your trophies, go to the main menu and tap Trophies. Clicking on each available trophy will credit the prize to your account

Why does it take 4-6 weeks to receive my withdrawal?

Unfortunately, there are always some people who attempt to defraud any system where money is exchanged. We issue checks for winnings and take time to review gameplay and account histories because we want to make sure that Skillz is fair for all players. We have a sophisticated fraud-detection system in place to help ensure fairness, but fraud detection takes time. Please be patient. Your money is coming, and we’re always working to process withdrawals faster.

How do withdrawals work? Will I receive my withdrawal via check or online?

You can withdraw your money at any time by tapping Account and then Withdraw on the main menu. Any withdrawals up to the amount of your total deposits will be credited back to your PayPal or credit card account (whichever method you used to deposit).
